Now that the warm weather has decided to join the party, the strawberries are in full swing. Initially, we were just eating them, but I’ve started saving them for another day. It’s hard to squirrel your strawberries. They’re tasty. I’ve been washing, coring and freezing them to use in some future food experiment. Maybe jam, maybe sorbet, maybe something else… Flip, I’m getting hungry just thinking about strawberries. I haven’t actually had enough strawberries yet to judge which variety is best. I need to do some more in-depth testing…
